• Recovery in Progress: The company reported that services were beginning to recover, but advised that customers might continue to observe higher-than-normal error rates as remediation efforts were ongoing.
• Cause: Early information suggested the issue was linked to an internal service degradation or an unusual spike in traffic to one of their services.

**NEW SERVICE HOURS:**
🛠 **Monday – Friday:** 10:00 AM – **7:00 PM** (Because emergencies don’t clock out at 5!)
🔧 **Saturday:** 11:00 AM – **5:00 PM** (Yes, we’re weekend warriors now!)

Well hello Howth tech-loving and tech-struggling friend! Just a little heads-up that our opening hours are getting a tiny June makeover. Think of it as us giving our screwdrivers and tweezers a little siesta on the weekends. So, from Monday to Friday, we'll be your trusty repair wizards from 10:00 to 17:00. Saturday and Sunday? That's when we practice our juggling (mostly unsuccessfully) and recharge our own batteries.

Richie will be away for June , The fantastic Ivan , Lesley and Emily will be here during the week, ready to breathe life back into your beloved devices!

We're ever so sorry if this little shift throws a spanner in your works (pun absolutely intended!). We truly appreciate your amazing understanding and look forward to seeing you during our weekday hours. We promise to make your repair experience as smooth and painless as possible... unlike our weekend juggling attempts! 😉
