Today, Friday 29th May, Covalen workers are once again taking strike action as they continue to fight back against the announcement of 720 redundancies and the ongoing two-tier treatment of outsourced workers.

Covalen workers will be protesting outside the Meta and Covalen offices to demand fairness, dignity and accountability in the face of AI-driven restructuring and mass job losses.

For months, workers have raised concerns about the lack of respect shown to outsourced staff who have helped build and support these platforms for years, only to now face uncertainty, redundancy and a six-month cooling-off period that delays access to jobs they are fully qualified to do.

These workers are not disposable. They deserve transparency, respect and fair treatment from both the companies involved and the Government.

Solidarity with all Covalen workers taking action today. ✊
