We had the opportunity to pitch HR Omni at Dogpatch Labs in Dublin in front of Enterprise Ireland and several venture capital firms. It was a great moment to step back and reflect on why we started building HR Omni in the first place.

Like many founders, our motivation came from personal frustration.

We are building a modular & on-demand HR platform powered by one shared data engine, so tools work together by default and adapt as a business grows.

The conversations after the pitch were energising and confirmed that there is a real need for a simpler and more flexible foundation for HR & Business operations.
