bxp software are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our expanding business.
Job Purpose
• Growing the business across the island of Ireland & UK
• Creating a Business Development and Strategic Growth Plan
• Establishing robust business and sales development
• Sourcing tender bids and contracts, public & private, UK and Ireland wide
• Developing an understanding of bxp and its current and prospective services
• Maintaining and building relationships with your client base
• Using case studies to develop and promote new sales leads
• Researching organisations and individuals to identify potential new markets
• Developing and delivering sales presentations
• Attending conferences, buyer events, sales conventions, etc.
• Maintaining all aspects of company CRM in respect of new business
• Complying with processes and quality systems relevant to the role
• Performing any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time
Qualifications and Desirable Criteria
Experienced professional with a minimum of four years Business Development and Client engagement in IT System Software, developing client IT Solutions.
• Experienced professional with strong communication and presentation skills
• Independent, self-driven, motivated and accountable
• Able to lead the Social-Media and Digital Marketing Plan
Special Factors
• Must have relevant experience within the market-place as noted above
• Administration and attention to detail is necessary
• Targets negotiable with Commercial Director
• Working from home when required is optional and can be facilitated
