Allotment is a piece that has given me a lot of joy and something I have been working on for a couple of weeks now even though it is a small piece!
I love to garden and one of my dreams is to have a big huge garden and perfect weather!!!! Hahhah but I male do with my patio and the Irish Summer ☀️

😤 My least favourite garden creatures are snails and slugs and i fill my flowering plant pots with Sluggo.( i know it's bad but i need my flowers to survive)

♥️ My most favourite thing is observing different bees and moths help themselves to the nectar from the flowers.

Anyway hope you like this piece and if their are any gardeners who can see I am doing something wrong please HELP!

These are a few ways I keep imposter syndrome at bay.

As a self taught artist, who hasn't gone viral but still has a steady practice some days can be hard. Sometimes I feel unmotivated, some weeks pass by with no sales and some days I get rejection after rejection.
But i have started to train myself to look at my journey and to measure it differently. I thought this might help some others as well.

Friday Story Time-

If anyone has been following me for a while and especially since last year. You know that I have always used art as a form of resistance or a way to express my feelings. My master project was also a documentary exploring Care as a form of Resistance!
So I really wanted to create more merch around this theme, and here are these amazing stickers.

New Work ☀️Holiday Brew

This lovely tiny piece was inspired by breakfasts during a holiday. Either the air b and b or hotel room have an espresso machine and that is a bit better or then a mocha pot! For me personally a mocha pot is more of a statement than something that produces a coffee to my liking 😋😋 don't come for me! Also I love the coffee with milk in Spain and Italy and all the hipster ones in Ireland 😉
Also sometimes I would like to start my holiday morning with a cocktail 🍸 😀.

So this piece is the chaos and fun of being hungry or hungry and having no rules for breakfast on a holiday!

Last year I was asked to illustrate this lovely Model of Practice for .
It was a very last minute plan and I had to get this done in a weeks time! That was a huge challenge for me but I loved it so much.
Family Resource centres such as this are so important for communities I have witnessed this first hand.
I have been working on multicultural community focused projects with them since 2022 or even earlier and it has not only impacted the participants but also me personally.

Integration starts with communities interacting with each other in welcoming and neutral spaces, in third spaces where people can find their own common ground to connect, and integration begins with care.
