Most AI conversations start with the technology.

The better ones start with people.

That’s why we’re bringing together Internal Comms, Employee Experience, and AI leaders on June 24th at 4pm BST / 11am EDT for a practical discussion on what successful AI adoption actually looks like. 💡

Because the challenge isn't introducing AI.

It's helping people embrace new ways of working, cutting through growing workplace noise, and making sure AI creates real value rather than just more complexity.

This won't be a conversation about what's possible someday.

It's about what's working today. 🚀

Join Colum Nugent, Joanna Parsons, Sonya Poonian, and John Goulding as they explore how AI is reshaping Internal Comms, where communicators can create the most impact, and what leaders need to get right to drive meaningful adoption.

You'll leave with practical insights on:
- Using AI to improve communication and employee experience
- Saving time while maintaining quality and authenticity
- Communicating effectively during constant change
- Preparing for what's next in Internal Comms

If AI is now part of your organization's future, this is a conversation worth being part of.

Running a survey doesn't build trust.

What happens next does. 👇

One of the standout moments from our recent webinar, Building an Employee Listening Strategy that Delivers Results, came from Adaya Viera, VP of People & Culture at HX Expeditions.

💬 "The effectiveness of the survey lands completely on what you do with the results...and your good intentions are not going to help land that if you don't turn them into great actions."

It's a powerful reminder that collecting feedback is only the beginning.

Employees don't judge organizations by how often they ask for feedback.

They judge them by what happens after they share it.

And that's exactly the challenge Seer was built to solve.

What's the biggest challenge you face when turning employee feedback into action?

👇 Let us know.

AI is everywhere. Now what?

That’s the conversation we’re unpacking on June 24th at 4pm BST / 11am EDT.

We’ve added more tools, more automation, and more information than ever before. Yet many Internal Comms teams are facing the same challenge: more noise, more change, and greater pressure to prove impact.

Here’s the real question: are we using AI to simply do more… or to communicate better?

This isn’t another “AI will change everything” conversation.

It’s a practical discussion focused on what’s actually working right now - where AI genuinely adds value, where it doesn’t, and how Internal Comms leaders can cut through complexity to create better employee experiences.

Join Colum Nugent, Joanna Parsons, Sonya Poonian, and John Goulding as we move beyond the hype and into real-world application.

You’ll walk away with:
→ Practical ways AI can improve Internal Comms strategy and workflows
→ How to save time without sacrificing quality or impact
→ Ways to communicate effectively in increasingly noisy workplaces
→ A clearer view of where employee communication is heading next

The future of Internal Comms isn’t about adding more technology.

It’s about making work feel more human, more connected, and more effective.

That’s a wrap on the Engage Employee Summit 🚀

Two days, three sessions, and a lot of great conversations along the way.

Stepping back at the end of it all, one thing really stood out:

Whether we were talking about storytelling, creating connection across teams, or understanding employees better - the conversation always came back to people.

Because behind every communication strategy, campaign, or initiative is a simple question: how do we help people feel informed, connected, and part of something bigger?

Thanks to everyone who joined our sessions, stopped by Booth A4, or took the time to chat with us over the last two days.

We’re leaving with plenty to reflect on 👋

Employee experience isn't built when things are easy.

It's tested when things get hard.

Funny enough, that's a lesson Milton Hershey understood long before "employee experience" was even a thing. 🍫

In this week's episode of The EX Factor, Barbara Booras unpacks a powerful idea from Jacob Morgan's The 8 Laws of Employee Experience: employees thrive when work creates emotional, social, professional, and moral value.

Here's the re-think: moral value matters most when things get messy.

Layoffs. Restructuring. Uncertainty.

How leaders communicate, show up, and act in those moments can strengthen trust - or break it.

Watch this week's episode and tell us: which of the four dimensions do you think organizations miss most?

POV: Day 1 at the Engage Employee Summit 🚀

Big conversations, even bigger takeaways.

Today we explored how stronger internal brands and stronger connections create stronger workplaces - from the power of storytelling to creating meaningful engagement across dispersed and frontline teams.

One theme kept coming up throughout the day: the organisations making the biggest impact are finding better ways to help people feel informed, connected, and part of something bigger.

What does 97% engagement actually look like?

When Grill'd needed to move beyond a fragmented employee experience, they saw an opportunity to do more than replace a platform - they wanted to create a stronger sense of connection across their workforce.

The result?

One unified space that brought communication, recognition, and culture together for more than 6,000 employees nationwide.

One result that really stood out? Video communications jumped from single-digit engagement to averaging 100% engagement.

There’s a lot to unpack in this story around frontline connection, communication cut-through, and building a culture people genuinely want to be part of.
