You many be ignoring your customers without even knowing it!
I've been contacting a range of companies through Facebook. And it's amazing what happens. Some respond immediately, some a few hours later - and many never do!
Think about this.
A business has someone actively seeking them out. And they never answer their questions.
It's bad enough to take a few hours to answer, most people will have moved on to the competitor by then. But to NEVER answer your customers is just unforgivable. Not only will those people not do business with you but they will pass on their story to their friends and across the Internet.
The days when you could just put people on hold are over. If you have a page on Facebook you need to automate it and respond to them immediately, while you have their 100% attention!
