☁️ Skyeserve — Transparency & Progress Report‼️
A message from the Skyeserve team
Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to improve Skyeserve, expand what we offer, and build the foundation for where we want to take the company next.
As we are fully transparent in all of our business ..We wanted to give our customers a genuine look at what we’ve been working on, what’s changed, what hasn’t gone perfectly, and where we’re heading next.
🚀 What we’ve achieved
Infrastructure
* Improvements to our server infrastructure and capacity
* Continued optimisation of our existing nodes with new better nodes being rolled out
* Working on reducing lag, downtime and performance issues
* Preparing infrastructure for additional game titles
🎮 Game Hosting
* Continued development and optimisation of our ARK: Survival Ascended hosting
* Expansion of our supported games
* Improvements to installation and server management including mod management more streamlined
* Looking at bringing more highly requested titles to Skyeserve
🛠️ Customer Experience
* Improvements to the control panel and server management including design
* Faster troubleshooting and support we are only small but one of our main focuses are customer support and will always be
* Listening to customer feedback and using it to decide what we build next
* Continuing to develop our RAM-based, no-slot-limit approach
📈 Where Skyeserve is today
We’re still a growing company.
We’re not pretending we’re on the same scale as the huge hosting companies — and honestly, we glad we aren’t at the moment as we have our plates full as it is
Our goal is to build a hosting company where your server isn’t just another number on a dashboard.
You feel like your apart of a massive community and network
Every customer helps us grow, and the money spent with Skyeserve goes back into infrastructure, development, support and making the service better.even is devs don’t take a wage and we work another job full time just to keep us floating until we are bigger
🔥 What’s coming next
Over the next few months, our focus is going to be on:
1. More infrastructure
Increasing available resources so we can support more customers without compromising performance.
2. More games
Expanding our library based on what our community actually wants to play.
3. Better server management
Making it easier to deploy, configure, backup and manage your servers.
4. Skyeserve’s bigger vision
We’re exploring opportunities to grow Skyeserve substantially while keeping the things that made us start the company in the first place.
That includes potential partnerships, infrastructure expansion and new services.
5.focus on enlisting more support for the backend systems and mods and modders to assist with customer care
💬 And finally…
Myself and Karl want to say thank you.
Skyeserve exists because people decided to trust a small Irish hosting company with their communities, servers and games.
We’ve had plenty to learn over the last few months. We’ve made mistakes, fixed things, changed direction and listened to feedback.
But we’re still here — and we’re building.
This isn’t the finished Skyeserve. It’s the beginning of what we’re trying to build buckle up it’s gonna be a amazing journey 🤪
