Word of warning to you all, if a tech offer sems too good to be true, it probably is. If you have seen adverts for products like this, they aren't real, especially if they are on some sort of special offer for 50 dollars. There are plenty of websites out there that will tell you if the website you are looking at is legitimate or not, do your research and check them on scamadviser.com, urlvoid.com and scamvoid.net

Given the recent and massive price hike in Memory modules, system builders are being squeezed more and more and it is natural to hunt for a bargain. My advice though would be to wait for prices to normalise (they will probably never come down fully). Don't be tempted by places like Alibaba offering DDR4 and DDR5 sims for 20% of the price of everyone, even if this memory is legit, it will be ECC server memory which won't be compatible with your CPU/Motherboard.

2. Name it “File Status Updates”
3. Add actions like:
• Move to folder (choose your Status folder)
• Mark as read
4. Save it
5. Now every time one of those emails arrives, hit your new Quick Step and it’s done
It feels small, but over a week it’s a huge time saver.

Does your mouse cursor sometimes feel laggy or your programs take a second too long to open? One simple trick is to close unused programs running in the background.
🔹 Look at the bottom-right corner of your screen (near the clock). Those little icons? They’re apps quietly running.
🔹 Right-click and close the ones you don’t need at the moment.
🔹 This frees up memory and makes your PC feel snappier.
Think of it like clearing clutter off your desk—your computer works better when it has space to breathe!
🔹 Also be mindful of how many tabs you have open in your browser. The more you have open even if you aren't viewing them at the moment, the more system resources will be used up.

Too often, I see PC builds with top-tier GPUs and CPUs paired with bargain-bin power supplies. Your PSU isn’t just a box with cables—it’s the heartbeat of your system. A low-quality unit can lead to instability, poor efficiency, or even catastrophic failure.
🛠️ What to look for in a good PSU:
- 80+ certification (Bronze minimum, Gold or better preferred)
- Sufficient wattage with headroom for future upgrades
- Reputable brand with solid reviews and protections (OVP, SCP, OCP, etc.)
- Modular design for easier cable management

Not all USB ports are created equal. If you're plugging in a high-speed external SSD or we**am, aim for the blue or teal USB 3.x ports on the back of your PC—not the front panel or older black ports. These rear ports are usually wired directly to the motherboard and offer better power delivery and bandwidth.

Bonus: If you're troubleshooting random disconnects, try switching to a (red or blue) rear port before blaming the device. It solves more problems than you'd think.
