It is with great sadness I announce the loss of a great friend, wonderful colleague and talented software engineer, Sandeep Pathivada who lost his life yesterday in a horrific car accident which also claimed the life of his father, Satyanarayana, and has also left his wife, mother and infant son in critical condition in hospital.

I just returned from India a couple of weeks ago after spending two weeks planning our future with this young man and had the privilege of spending time with his family. I will cherish the time I spend with him and his family. Our thoughts are with you all.
