Obor Langit prefix resmi BR:ID adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penelitian dan pengembangan teknologi informasi. Mengkhususkan diri dalam penelitian pasar pertahanan, keamanan dan kedirgantaraan. Didukung staff ahli hukum internasional dan perbatasan negara, Drs. Umar Affandi, SH., MH., yang aktif dalam penerbitan karya tulis militer dan terlibat diberbagai penelitian yang diselenggarakan

oleh pemerintah pusat & daerah dan instansi swasta terkait. Juga menghadirkan staff ahli disain grafis & komunikasi visual, multimedia, dan pemrograman komputer. Sistem informasi yang telah diproduksi tahun 2013 mencapai 2 proyek paripurna yakni Sky Torch INSIDE EARTH dan Sky Torch WEST SECTOR, keduanya memiliki spesifikasi berbeda dalam penggunaan dan publikasi. Sky Torch telah menyelesaikan proyek pengembangan sistem informasi profesional untuk mendukung penelitian dan tujuan lain yang diselenggarakan oleh berbagai instansi swasta dan BUMN. Dengan total pengembangan proyek mencapai 4 sistem informasi utama pada periode-produksi tahun 2013 - 2014.
