In the hiring process, recruiters often have to switch between multiple screens to review candidate information, job details, and activity history. This can make the review process less efficient and make hiring decisions more difficult.

For this project, we designed the Job Details Page as a centralized workspace that helps recruiters:

1. Manage candidates across different hiring stages
2. View key candidate information at a glance
3. Compare applicants more efficiently
4. Add candidates from multiple sources
5. Access and update job details easily
6. Track activities and changes throughout the hiring process

Six design decisions, one goal: to make the hiring workflow simpler, more transparent, and easier to follow without switching between screens.

The dashboard brings orders, shipment status, costs, inventory, finances, and shipping methods into one centralized view. Key alerts highlight customs delays, missing documents, and shipments awaiting processing, helping teams prioritize issues and respond more efficiently.

With clearer visibility across operations, Shippo helps logistics teams monitor performance, anticipate potential delays, and make more informed decisions as their operations grow.

This pattern is commonly used for detailed previews, such as order and return details or transaction activity; approval flows, including return and refund approvals; structured forms, such as treatment summaries, time-off requests, and AI-assisted ticket generation; as well as record management for staff and customer profiles.

It is well suited for dashboards, SaaS platforms, billing and support systems, and other complex web applications that require clear, structured, and user-friendly task handling.
