August may have been a little quieter on our training calendar, but that doesn’t mean the office was quiet. 👀

This month, we traded workshops and presentations for a different kind of energy: competition, celebration, and a whole lot of fun.

🏓 Ping Pong Tournament: From intense rallies to unexpected plot twists, congratulations to all of our winners! 🏆 [mention the winners’ IG acc]
🇮🇩 Pitulasan Celebration: Games? ✔️ Prizes? ✔️ Competitive spirits suddenly appearing out of nowhere? Definitely. 😂

A reminder that workplace experiences aren’t always about learning something new or ticking off another milestone.

Sometimes, it’s about stepping away from the screen, joining the game, cheering for your teammates, and creating moments worth remembering together.

Here’s a little recap of what August looked like at SoftwareSeni! 📸✨

Another month, another reminder that learning never really stops. 🚀

Throughout July, our teams came together to share ideas, sharpen technical skills, and explore new ways of working—from UI/UX and software engineering to AI-powered workflows.

Here’s what filled our learning calendar this month:

✨ UI/UX Quarterly Showcase: Introduction to Handoff by Yanuwar
🎨 UI/UX Training: AI-Powered Designer (Episode 2) with Ariefah
🤝 Workshop collaboration with Universitas Sanata Dharma
💻 Node.js Cross Division Training with Alun
🤖 Funraisin Claude Code Guideline Training with Bagus
⚙️ Design Patterns for Practical Usage sessions with Hafiz D., Salim R., and Agung J.

Different topics. Different speakers. One shared mindset:
stay curious, keep learning, and grow together.

Here’s a look back at what we learned throughout July. 📸

POV: Mindes lagi patroli nyari mangsa buat konten IG... 👀📸

Kenapa ya tiap Mindes jalan bawa kamera, tiba-tiba seisi kantor mendadak jadi introvert level dewa?

Coba tag temen kantormu yang relate sama ini! 🫵🏻

Work hard, explore harder! 🚀

From speeding up dev sprints to surviving Borobudur’s endless stairs, we always love having the Funraisin crew at the SoftwareSeni HQ!

We love working alongside their in-house team to build faster, better tech for nonprofits, but getting to hang out in person is the real highlight.

Here’s to crushing more code, scaling new tech, and eating way too much at lunch together. Thanks for the epic visit! 💙
