SRV14 DDoS Attack (Reported)

RV14 in UK is currently the target of a large DDoS attack.

We're working to change the IPs of the affected sites to bring them back online.

As the attack is a UDP attack it means it's impossible to track down the user being targeted. Moving accounts to multiple shared IPs will cause disruption for less accounts and will make it easier to find the site being targeted if it happen again.

Due to the number of attacks we've been having recently we are also investigating a network based DDoS filter.

If you're using our nameservers of custom nameservers on our IPs you won't need to make any changes, it'll automatically propagate across.

NS2 and NS4 DDoS Attack (Reported)
It appears the attacker currently performing a DDoS attack against one of our reseller servers is determined to keep the site offline and have launched an attack towards the nameservers ns2 and ns4.
This may cause some problems in resolving domain names hosted on UK servers however ns1 and ns3 are currently unaffected.
We're working to mitigate the attack but don't currently have an ETA.

Yesterday IIX Server occur up to 5 hours of downtime due to hardware issues, IIX server now has uptime 99% :)
