Implementation Methodology

SDGI uses Catalyst Implementation Methodology, a proven implementation methodology modified from PRINCE2 Methodology, in order to ensure that our client will have a successful implementation. Catalyst Implementation Methodology (CIM) has been used nationwide and we have successfully used it to serve our respected clients in Indonesia. Our experience has shown that CIM is an extremely powerful tool and is invaluable in achieving a successful implementation result.

CIM breaks the implementation process into several stages. Each stage can be thought of as a small project and must be signed off in order to progress. This methodology provides structure and facilities planning and control over the entire implementation process.

Each phase of CIM consists of a series of structured techniques, activities, roles, milestones and deliverables. By employing the methodology, a complete audit trail of the implementation is documented, and the visibility of the project status is available. Furthermore, a reference is produced for future system development effort.
