Ramadan is not only about spiritual reflection, but also a moment to pay closer attention to our physical well-being. Through SuitTalk x SuitRamadan 2026, we explored how caring for our bodies is just as important as nurturing our ibadah.

During the session, dr. Ivan Kunardi (Medical Team Good Doctor) shared valuable insights on Silent Metabolic Syndrome and how proper self-care can help us stay healthy during and beyond Ramadan.

1️⃣ Silent Metabolic Syndrome can develop without obvious symptoms. Regular check-ups are key
2️⃣ Balanced nutrition during sahur and iftar plays a crucial role in maintaining energy

Ramadan isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning, reflecting, and growing step by step. In our SuitTalk x SuitRamadan 2026, we explored how this holy month can be a meaningful reset for our faith and daily practices.

In this session, Ust. Nur Hamid S.Q., M.Pd. shared valuable insights on fiqih and practical amalan that we can maximize throughout Ramadan.

One of the key reflections from this session is that perfection is never the goal. What truly matters is consistency in doing small good deeds. By understanding basic fiqih, we can perform our ibadah with more confidence and clarity. Even the simplest acts of worship, when done sincerely, can create a meaningful impact. Ramadan also serves as the perfect momentum to rebuild habits and strengthen our connection with Allah in a more mindful and sustainable way.

This session reminded Suitmedians that every effort counts no matter how small, and that spiritual growth is always a journey.

What does giving back look like for a digital agency?

Through our SuitCare initiative, we believe that impact goes beyond the digital world. In 2025, our team visited Yayasan Rumah Pejuang Kanker Ambu to share support and donations for cancer survivors staying there.

More than just a visit, it was a moment to listen, connect, and remind ourselves that small acts of kindness can bring hope and strength to others. We hope this support can encourage the fighters there to stay strong and keep moving forward on their recovery journey.

For us, building a better future also means caring for the community around us.

Last December, we held our Offline Offboarding: Stack the Impact for 58 interns from the Magang Berdampak program across Jakarta, Bandung, and Yogyakarta offices.

The day was packed with games, awards, and heartfelt sharing sessions, from laughter during team challenges to stories about growth, lessons, and first real industry experiences. It wasn’t just a closing event, but a celebration of impact we built together.
