🇻🇳 Hotel Link Vietnam's Working Hours During the 2026 National Day Holiday 🇻🇳

Hotel Link's office in Vietnam would like to inform our valued clients of our 2026 National Day holiday schedule as follows:

- National Day Holiday: From September 1st, 2026 to September 2nd, 2026
- Return to Work: Thursday, September 3rd, 2026

Please note that our office will be closed on August 31st, 2026 as scheduled. However, our team will continue working as normal on this day, with no impact on partner support.

During the holiday period, our Technical team will operate at minimum capacity and only handle urgent issues. However, our Global Support team and Vietnam Operations team will continue to assist with most client requests as usual.

Requests related to solution activation, OTA connection approval, overbooking issues, etc., will still be processed. However, requests that need to be forwarded to the Technical team will be temporarily suspended and will be processed again after we resume normal operations on September 3, 2026.

We are always committed to providing the best service and support to your hotel.
