Less than a day has passed, and another fantastic strobe has been added to the SMART 3 trigger knowledge base.

Alongside the new Sea & Sea YS-D130R, the MF-3 strobe from Backscatter has also been added in a way that is unique worldwide. Our Nikon, Sony, and Canon triggers are now capable of controlling the MF-3 strobe in SONY mode. (TTL!!!!!)

Olympus, of course, can handle one of the most versatile macro snoot strobes in RC mode!

The setup software is currently available for PC, and the Mac version will be uploaded to the website within a few days.

SMART 3 is getting even smarter.

We’ve expanded compatibility with a new strobe:

– Sony, Canon, and Nikon TTL characteristics are now integrated into SMART TTL
– Olympus RC mode, and HSS functionality has also been fully tested!

Recently, underwater photographer and journalist Nicolas Remy contacted me because he was looking for a trigger for Canon cameras.
