Az alkalom során többek között arról gondolkodtunk közösen, hogyan lehet az AI-t valóban hasznos eszközként beépíteni a mindennapi munkába: mikor segíthet a gyorsabb haladásban, hol van szükség szakmai kontrollra, és miért fontos, hogy ne automatikus válaszokra, hanem átgondolt használatra építsünk.

Az AI nemcsak az eszközeinket formálja át, hanem azt is, ahogyan a munkáról, a minőségről és a felelősségről gondolkodunk.
Kiemelten fontosnak tartjuk a fejlesztői gondolkodás és a minőségbiztosítás szerepét, valamint azt, hogy az AI által támogatott munka átlátható, ellenőrizhető és szakmailag megalapozott legyen.

Flexible work is no longer just a benefit - it has become an important factor in how people choose a workplace and experience their everyday work.

At the Learni HReggeli event, one of the key topics was remote and hybrid work.
Today, this is not only an operational question: it directly affects employee satisfaction, retention and career decisions.

Some of the most honest feedback comes from the smallest voices. 💛

To celebrate Children’s Day, our colleagues’ children had the chance to step into a “managerial role” and share, through a playful evaluation sheet, how they see Mom or Dad in everyday life and at work - and what superpowers they think they have.

The returned sheets were full of love, humour, and the kind of honest little sentences only children can come up with. It was lovely to see how much kindness, attention, and childlike perspective can fit into a single “evaluation”.

The Evista team wishes a very happy Children’s Day to all children - and, of course, to all parents who received such a special “managerial review” this year. ✨

A legőszintébb visszajelzések néha a legkisebbektől érkeznek. 💛

Gyermeknap alkalmából idén a kollégáink gyermekei bújhattak „vezetői szerepbe”, és egy játékos értékelőlapon mondhatták el, milyennek látják Anyát vagy Apát a mindennapokban, a munkában, és szerintük milyen szuperképességekkel rendelkeznek.

A visszaérkező lapok tele voltak szeretettel, humorral és olyan mondatokkal, amelyeket csak a gyerekek tudnak ilyen őszintén megfogalmazni. Jó volt látni, mennyi kedvesség, figyelem és gyermeki látásmód fér bele egy-egy ilyen értékelésbe.

A pleasant team-building experience does not always need grand plans. Sometimes, all it takes is a pleasant afternoon, a vibrant city event, and the opportunity to connect with each other beyond the usual rhythm of the workday. 🍷✨

Yesterday, we visited the 30th Szeged Wine Festival together, where deadlines and daily tasks gave way to easy conversations, laughter, and those small shared moments that stay with us long after the evening ends.

As a Szeged-based company, this event holds a special place for us. There is something truly unique about being part of a city that not only gives a home to our everyday work, but also creates moments year after year where the atmosphere of Szeged and the spirit of our team naturally come together.

Yesterday evening was exactly that: light, easy-going, and full of great conversations. ☀️

Egy jó csapatépítő nem mindig a nagy tervektől lesz emlékezetes. Néha elég hozzá egy kellemes délután, egy pezsgő városi esemény, és az, hogy legyen időnk egy kicsit másként is kapcsolódni egymáshoz. 🍷✨

Tegnap közösen kilátogattunk a 30. Szegedi Borfesztiválra, ahol a munkanap ritmusát felváltották a kötetlen beszélgetések, a nevetések és azok az apró pillanatok, amelyekből igazán jó közös emlékek születnek.

Szegedi cégként különösen közel áll hozzánk ez az esemény. Van valami különleges abban, hogy a Napfény városa nemcsak a mindennapi munkánknak ad otthont, hanem évről évre olyan lehetőségeket is teremt, ahol a város hangulata és a csapat közössége természetesen fonódik össze.

A great workplace is no longer just about work.

This year, we had the pleasure of attending the Learning Innovation HReggeli event in Budapest, where we represented Evista from both HR and Key Account Management perspectives.

Throughout the day, several highly relevant workplace topics were discussed, including the impact of AI on the labour market, generational differences, leadership self-awareness, employee retention, and the future of remote and hybrid work.

One of the most inspiring sessions for us was connected to Albert Wettstein, founder of Munch, who shared how they built a value-driven environment that continues to shape the way they work today.

A few thoughts that especially stayed with us:

🔹 Gen Z is strongly motivated by meaningful work and real impact
🔹 Ambition and initiative can truly unfold when the right supportive environment is in place
🔹 Value creation is not only a business goal, but also a strong driver of engagement
🔹 Younger generations increasingly want to feel connected to what they are building

What if AI doesn’t replace developers - but redefines their role? 📍🤖

Artificial intelligence does not simply “replace” development work - it transforms it by introducing new tools, faster workflows and a higher level of efficiency into software development. 🧠💻

We are currently running an internal AI training program led by Csizmás János, Senior Software Engineer. During these sessions, we explore how AI tools can be integrated into everyday development work consciously, securely and in a way that creates real engineering value.

⚙️ 1. AI as developer support
Tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or Copilot Workspace can support developers in writing code, debugging, documentation and optimization. However, AI does not replace engineering thinking — it complements and accelerates it.

🔐 2. Expertise remains essential
AI-generated code must be reviewed, tested and validated from a security perspective just like any other development work. Sensitive client data should never be included in prompts, and AI usage should remain controlled and responsible.

📊 3. The developer’s role becomes more strategic
Developers increasingly act as conductors of AI tools: providing context, writing specifications, reviewing outputs and making architectural decisions.
AI is like an exoskeleton: it does not replace our biological muscles, but when we put it on, we can lift ten times more. Those who choose not to use this exoskeleton may easily fall behind in the competition.

Companies that use AI consciously, securely and strategically will be able to build faster, smarter and more future-ready software solutions. 👨‍💻

Building more than just LEGO sets 🧱🌸

We recently turned a regular lunch break into something a little more creative — a LEGO building session where everyone could choose a set they liked and build it together.

Colleagues gathered around, shared a few laughs over misplaced pieces, and enjoyed a well-deserved break from their screens. From cars to flowers and all kinds of creative builds, the results now add a personal touch to our desks and office spaces.

The initiative was such a success that even some of our remote colleagues joined us in person — which made the experience even more special.

Moments like these remind us that creativity, connection, and a bit of playfulness can go a long way in strengthening a team.

Elindult az AcceleratorX, Európa új, AI startupok piacra lépését támogató programja.

A program célja, hogy a korai fázisú AI startupok ne csak mentorálást és befektetői kapcsolatokat kapjanak, hanem már a program elejétől valódi pilot ügyfelekkel tesztelhessék a megoldásukat.

Az AcceleratorX programot a CommUnity International indítja útjára, amelynek az EVISTA is tagja. A közösség 30 országban több mint 2 000 marketing- és kommunikációs szakembert kapcsol össze.

Software updates are often seen as a minor inconvenience — something to postpone or ignore. In reality, they play a critical role in keeping systems secure, stable, and efficient.

One of the main reasons updates matter is security. Cyber threats are constantly evolving, and outdated software can contain vulnerabilities that attackers actively exploit. Regular updates patch these weaknesses and help protect sensitive data.

Updates also improve performance and reliability. They can fix bugs, reduce system crashes, and ensure that applications run smoothly — which directly impacts productivity in day-to-day work.
