AI is no longer optional. The real question is how it becomes a working system, not just a “smart feature.”

In Gartner’s Top 10 Technology Trends for 2026, multi-agent systems rank high: instead of a single model responding, multiple specialized agents collaborate on tasks—using tools, rules, and control points.

This matters because most AI initiatives don’t fail on capability. They get stuck on whether AI can truly fit into day-to-day operations: does it understand the organization’s context and rules, can it connect to existing systems, and can it remain controlled and auditable throughout?

At BrightHills, we help AI move beyond pilots and become workflow-ready, even within system and compliance constraints.

Most digital products assume one thing: you’re always online.

Equine veterinarians aren’t. They work in stables and remote fields where connectivity is unreliable or simply non-existent, while dealing with sensitive medical data and time-critical decisions.

BRD Vet Rx, a century-old equine pharmacy, faced exactly this gap, something Winter Paxson (CCO) highlighted in our conversations.

Their digital systems couldn’t keep up with how their customers actually work. So instead of just rebuilding their e-commerce platform, we rethought the entire workflow.

In our latest case study, we show how:

❇️ offline-first architecture made ordering possible without connectivity
❇️ AI-powered voice ordering works reliably in real stable conditions
❇️ a custom horse-and-owner database automates dosage and prescriptions
❇️ rapid prototyping and user research led to an Amazon-like ordering experience

We’ve donated another laptop, this time to children supported by the Servite Sisters, through the Apor Vilmos Catholic School Centre in Győr.

The Servite Sisters (Servants of Mary) have long been committed to ensuring that the children in their care can grow up in a safe, supportive environment and have a real chance at a better future.

For us, this is not an exception, but a practice; we regularly pass on our no-longer-used but fully functional laptops to places where they can truly make a difference.

What may be “unused” for a company can become a gateway to learning, connection, and opportunity for a student 💻 We believe this shouldn’t be a special initiative; it should be the standard.

High performance needs more than focus; it needs energy. That’s why we hosted our Health Day at BrightHills again this year. 💙

From medical and vision check-ups to massage sessions, team workouts, and an inspiring talk on conscious health, the day was all about recharging, both physically and mentally.

We also added a layer of fun with small challenges and activities throughout the day.

Because sustainable performance starts with well-being.

We’re entering an era where AI generates the bulk of our code. But as the barrier to entry drops, the bar for reliability is skyrocketing. A working demo is no longer the finish line; it’s just the starting point.

The real differentiator? Context engineering.

In this week’s blog, Pál Molnár unpacks how we use agentic workflows to build at the speed of thought without sacrificing security or scalability and why architectural judgment matters more now than it did before AI.

At BrightHills, this morning’s breakfast was an opportunity to celebrate both and colleagues marking their 15-year anniversary with the company. The morning was made even more memorable by a humorous video created by the male members of the team.

In his Women’s Day message, Paul Andor Farkas thanked our female colleagues for their strength, resilience, and dedication, and recalled a message from Amal Clooney that he heard last week at the health.tech | global summit event in Basel: true strength is not about being perfect, but about the ability to rise to the occasion.

In the world of MedTech and software development, it is especially important that professional expertise is given space, trust, and recognition regardless of gender. At BrightHills, this is a core value.

Happy International Women’s Day! 🌷

Most MedTech products don’t fail because the idea is weak. They stall when the architecture can’t keep up with the ambition.

Smart Respiratory started with a clear clinical vision: a digital layer around asthma treatment to improve adherence and outcomes.

As the platform moved from prototype to real clinical use, the bar got higher. Stability, documentation and long-term ownership started to matter a lot more.

That shift is where many digital health products struggle. This one scaled.

In our latest case study, we show how:

🔹 a stable, long-term team brought real ownership and continuity
🔹 hardware, mobile and web were brought together into one working system
🔹 AI pushed the product beyond simple tracking toward early risk prediction
🔹 documentation and traceability were built into the product from the start

Special thanks to Thomas Antalffy for sharing valuable insights that helped shape this case study, and to Attila Ádám Ling, Project Manager at BrightHills, whose expertise and dedicated client support have played an important role in the success of the collaboration.

We’ve donated two laptops again, this time to the Catholic Charity, to help disadvantaged children access the digital world.

Our aim is to support them in becoming confident and capable in the digital space, which is increasingly part of learning and everyday life.

We believe everyone deserves equal digital opportunities, and we were proud to support this initiative.
