General contractors and engineering firms typically keep GNSS receivers strictly in the surveying department, so every stakeout or site check has to wait until a surveyor is free.

Manuel Delavy, who leads the surveying team at Gossweiler, explains how they changed that setup to run projects much faster.

First, they equipped multiple departments with Emlid GNSS receivers, enabling teams to run simple daily checks on their own with no waiting time.

Second, they use Emlid Flow 360 to manage projects remotely. When plans change on a site, a field surveyor doesn't need to drive back to the office to get updated files.

The office team updates the project in Emlid Flow 360, and it's immediately available in the Emlid Flow survey app.

How many times do you look back at your screen in the last few steps of a stakeout?

If the answer is "too many," this one's for you. We built AR stakeout on the Reach RS4 Pro to take that back-and-forth out of the job. Your screen shows the ground under your pole with the point on it, so you can mark it right away, even without tilting the pole or changing your grip.

The AR stakeout runs on the same engine as tilt compensation, so you get the same accuracy you're used to.
