Infobest Romania, a company with over 100 software development specialists and offices in Germany and Romania, has joined AROBS Group. It is the 10th M&A transaction for the group since 2021, which will strengthen its presence in the Romanian and German markets. 🎉

This is a significant step forward for the AROBS Group's growth and development, improving its Software Services business line expertise and opening opportunities to explore new industries such as telecommunications, media, and communication.

We are excited to announce the complete acquisition of Infobest Romania, a software development company with offices in Timisoara and Leverkusen, Germany.

A team of 100+ specialists is joining us, and we are looking forward to achieving great things together. Our objective is to strengthen our position in Germany and the larger DACH region.

This is our 10th M&A transaction since our listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, a significant milestone that underlines our commitment to the strategic growth of the group and the consolidation of our presence locally and internationally.
