We believe that true "giving back" means sharing our knowledge and passion. Therefore, on Monday, we opened our doors to a bright group of local high schoolers for an Open Office Day designed to pull back the curtain on the AEC SaaS industry.
Our goal was simple: to show these future leaders that the world of tech is about more than just screens. It’s about collaboration, creativity, and solving real-world challenges. Through deep dives into engineering, product design, management, and more, the students got a front-row seat to how a tech ecosystem breathes, giving them a roadmap for careers they might not have even considered yet.
To bring the concept of "structural thinking" to life, we moved from digital presentations to the active physical world with a Lego house-building challenge. It was a powerful reminder that whether you’re developing industry-leading software or building a home, success starts with a solid foundation and a shared vision. Seeing their curiosity and fresh perspectives reminded us that while we make software for architects and engineers, we are also helping build the workforce of tomorrow.
Nurturing this next generation isn’t just a CSR goal for us; it’s a privilege. The future of the built environment looks bright, and it’s being built one "brick" at a time. 🧱✨
