Our colleague, Péter Pávkovics, joined this year’s lineup of speakers with his presentation, “The ‘Last Mile’ Blind Spot - On the Trail of Disappearing Prospects.” In his talk, Péter explored one of the most critical stages of the digital customer journey, where potential customers can easily disappear before conversion.
