“Nothing changed.” It’s probably the most suspicious sentence in network operations.
⚙️ Yesterday, the service worked. Today, it doesn’t. The profile looks the same, the rule looks familiar, the device is still there, and according to everyone involved, nobody touched anything.
🙃 Which is usually the exact moment when things start to get interesting.
In a live network, a small change does not always look like a change at first. It may be a profile update, a provisioning rule, a device setting, a service parameter or just one tiny adjustment that seemed harmless at the time.
🔎 And then someone has to find out what actually happened.
Not what should have happened. Not what someone remembers happening. What really changed.
🧩 InCa NMS helps operators understand services, devices and provisioning logic with the operational context needed to spot inconsistencies before they turn into long internal investigations.
Because “nothing changed” is never the full answer!
🚦 It is where the troubleshooting usually begins. 😉
