The desired full stack developer has the ability to understand user stories in order to develop working application code operating in a highly virtualized environment. As a part of NewPush’s development team, the developer will be responsible for taking over well defined epics and user stories, transform them into well tested code, and supervise acceptance testing of it. As a full stack developer, he/she has a good understanding of all stages of the SDLC.

The ideal candidate has demonstrable expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and has worked in a variety of positions not limited to API design, security and cloud infrastructure. In addition, he/she has to have SOLID knowledge that KISS in this context is not a rock band, DRY is not for dishwashers and YAGNI is not a Dragonball character.
Also the ideal candidate has to want to solve the actual problem/task and be willing to be creative in it (not to be mistaken with hacking).

📍 Main Duties:

✅ Build solution (code development)
➡ Taking a well defined user task
➡ Build code
➡ Ideally doing it in a TDD way
✅ Create automated test coverage
➡ Create unit test coverage for the newly created code
➡ Define (and as a separate task create) E2E coverage (if applicable) for the code
✅ Troubleshoot: issues / bug reports
➡ Understand bug tickets (usually comes from within our team)
➡ Reproduce (if applicable)
➡ Fix or propose fix for the issue
✅ Develop / evolve documentation around software design processes
✅ Maintain strict discipline regarding of ticket handling
➡ Has to use JIRA and emails received from JIRA as the primary source of information and communication.
➡ Has to keep and stick to our internal ticket handling flow
➡ Extend / maintain tickets as needed assigned to him/her

📍 Technical Requirements:

❗️ Strong knowledge of
✅ CSS/HTML/SASS
✅ JS/TypeScript/ECMAScript2019
✅ Angular(not AngularJS) AND/OR React
✅ Material design (AKA Google Material)
✅ GIT
✅ Unit testing
✅ Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB)

➕ Some knowledge of
✅ Docker
✅ Node.JSplu
✅ REST
✅ E2E testing (Cypress preferably)
✅ Knowledge of ElasticSearch and/or BPMN/Camunda is a huge plus

📍 Required Skills:

Requirements
• OS Knowledge: Linux (CentOS, Redhat), Windows Server (2012, 2019)
• Virtualization Knowledge: VMware, Proxmox (KVM)
• Containerization: Docker (Running and creating docker images)
• Scripting: bash / python
• Basic network knowledge
• Excellent level verbal and written communications skills in English
• In-depth understanding of online management and communication softwares/platforms (Jira, Slack, etc.)
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team, adapting to different time zones
• Comfortable in all of these plus working in a distributed environment, with security best practices in mind

• Maintain and monitor high availability and high security Hosted IT systems
• Document issues, changes and solutions to keep a history of resolution

• Kubernetes
• Monitoring complex systems, finding bottlenecks

Ezúton szeretnénk tájékoztatni a tűzesetben érintett tárhelyeddel kapcsolatos legújabb fejleményekről.

Jelenleg több mint 100 ember dolgozik az adatközpont helyreállításán, több műszakban. A hétvége folyamán ideiglenes áramellátást sikerült biztosítani aggregátoroktól, a mai nap folyamán pedig a végleges hálózati áram kerül bekapcsolásra. A mai és holnapi nap folyamán a hálózati eszközök telepítése és ellenőrzése zajlik. Eközben elkezdődött a korom eltávolítása is (klíma egységekről), majd pedig - a végleges áram helyreállítása után - a szünetmentes egységek ellenőrzése következik.
