Our pretty awesome product resulted in G2Crowd’s High Performer in Media Monitoring award, but we're even prouder of what we've achieved as an employer.

Mediatoolkit is a Zagreb-based SaaS company that developed an award-winning media monitoring and social listening tool which tracks relevant online mentions of brands and companies in real-time. The important feedback from our employees got us multiple Best Employer awards (thanks, guys!), and we have a consistent 70+ team Net Promoter Score. Now that the humblebrag is out of the way, let us tell

you more about who we are. Our mission is to enable companies to find out all information that affects their daily work in a timely manner and through a simple platform. Our vision is to be the main place of information about all events that may affect the business of a company. We started out in 2014 as a small startup with just a few team members. Over the years, we became a globally recognized company that created an amazing product trusted by 45,000+ users from more than a 100 countries. During these years, we also grew an amazing team of 50+ people focused on personal and business growth. Our team consists of six teams: Product & Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and People Operations. Throughout the years, our five main values, on which we base our work and culture, stayed the same. We defined them together during one team building, and here’s what we came up with:

Last week, we hosted students from Paris School of Business during their first week in Croatia.

Nikolina, our Customer Success Team Lead, held a presentation about the importance of customer success in B2B SaaS, while Paško, our Head of Engineering, shared insights on AI in business and how Mediatoolkit integrates AI solutions.

Last Friday we got to know the lovely group of people from Borders: none.

One of their projects, “Coders without Borders,” enables its course attendees to learn the basics of programming so they can be prepared for employment opportunities in IT.

Our Mladen is one of the organization’s volunteers. He devotes his free time to teaching refugees HTML/CSS and hopes to teach JS in the future.

Romina introduced them to Mediatoolkit, and Gracijela and Domagoj explained their career growth path inside Mediatoolkit. Gracijela started as part of our Customer Support team and is now a full-fledged Product Designer, and Domagoj went from being our tech “bugs-be-gone” guy to a Product Owner.

We want to thank Borders: none for coming and wish their students an easy learning path and a fruitful coding career.

What do you call an amazing mix of getting to know your colleagues better, enjoying nature, having fun, and showing off your Halloween costume? Mediatoolkit's team building. 🔥

For this year's team building, we visited Valamar All You Can Holiday in Rabac, where excellent DJs Jurki & Mavrek, Goran Vugrinec from KRiP kviz, and Wanderlust Events made sure we had a blast. And we sure did - we'll let the photos tell the rest. 😎
