Oracle Cloud Managed Service Provider expertise signals a higher standard for managed Oracle cloud capability. Neos has now achieved that expertise.

The effort of deciding how direct to be. How visible to make an achievement. How much space to take. How something might be interpreted before it is even said.

That invisible layer of effort is rarely measured, but it is often what people find most exhausting.

On International Women’s Day, we want to recognise the women at Neos not only for the work that is visible, but also with an awareness that professional contribution is not always carried under the same conditions.

Sometimes recognition starts with naming what usually goes unseen.

Yesterday was our second Neos Day – our first internal event since KONČAR Group, through Končar Digital, acquired a majority stake in Neos earlier this January.

It was a chance to share context with the whole team, align on what comes next and make the implications tangible beyond the headline.

The agenda had two halves.

First – the bigger picture: what 2025 taught us and how that shapes the 2026 plan – across Sales, PMO, DevOps and HR.

Thank you to Davorin Capan and Mario Mrljic for setting the direction for the year ahead and framing the growth priorities clearly for everyone in the room.

We appreciated Stjepan Sučić joining us to share Končar Digital’s perspective and how we’ll work together going forward.

We were also glad to welcome Denis Burmaz as our new President of the Board.

Part one also included perspectives from Davor Stanic, Martina Mlinarić, Dean Misic Mišić and Daniel Bara.

Then – people and projects: team leads presented every project we worked on last year with the same practical lens: customer outcome, what we delivered, impact, what’s next and who made it happen.

And a special thanks to Emina Elezović and Sandra Koletić for organising the day, with support from Tajana Belina.
