AI adoption in HR is accelerating.
At the same time, HR leaders are trying to understand how AI is actually being used in practice, where it creates value, and how organizations are approaching responsibility and governance.
That’s why our friends at Marty have joined forces with European Association for People Management EAPM and FutureHRConsulting to launch a survey on AI readiness, usage, and decision-making in HR.
The goal is to complement existing research with a practice-focused view that looks at:
- real HR use cases for AI
- investment and adoption patterns
- how responsibility and accountability are handled in HR decisions
The results will be analysed in aggregate and published as an open report for HR leaders and practitioners.
