But what truly stood out was the emphasis on soft skills — emotional intelligence, communication, and other human-centered skills that are more crucial than ever in today's fast-paced world.

Achieving a balance between an employee's work and private life can be challenging, and it’s crucial for employers to understand and support the needs of their employees. The discussion 'Workplace Tailored to Children and Families - Examples from Practice' organized by UNICEF Croatia at the Women in Adria conference 'Challenges of Modern Parenting' highlighted Undabot as an excellent example of a company that does this very well.

We had a blast at our annual Summer Get-Together at The Garden Brewery!🔥

The mercury hit record highs, but good thing our vibes were cooler than the temperature 😎. Despite the near-tropical conditions, we chilled out with cold🍺, delicious 🍔, and enjoyed some quality time with our amazing colleagues.

Next year, we're thinking of adding ice vests and portable air conditioners to the dress code! 💡🧊
