We have recently developed an innovative mobile app for a EU project NAUTICA CBC, which was led by the Fakultet prometnih znanosti of the University of Zagreb 📲

The project aimed to promote the nautical torusim, cultural heritage and traditional gastronomy of the partner countries through cross-border cooperation 🇭🇷 🇧🇦 🇲🇪

Our app has mapped the port of Kotor in Montenegro and the Croatian port of Stari Grad allowing users to explore these maritime landscapes by land and sea, offering a unique visitor experience of these locations 👇

(The project was co-financed by the ERDF and IPA II funds of the European Union.)

We would like to thank Deloitte for hosting a delightful Private club ceremony last Thursday where we officially received an award for being placed on the list of Top 50 fastest growing technology companies in Central Europe.

We enjoyed spending the evening with so many other successful Croatian companies who are similarly breaking new ground in the tech industry.

For us, this award will incentivize our efforts to continue developing technological solutions that contribute to positive changes on a global scale ⚡️🌍

Last week we participated in Solarplaza Summit in Zagreb, a conference exploring the massive solar potential in the Balkan region.

It was fantastic to see so many solarenergy enthusiasts at one place discussing key opportunities and challenges for the market growth of this renewable energy source.

At Uprise we have recognized the necessity for accurate forecasting of solar energy production and to this end developed EAGLE, our own production forecasting tool based on deep learning.

We were delighted to have received an invitation from the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia to join their last week's panel event in Zagreb.

The panellists discussed the resilience of Croatian macroeconomics with reference to digital innovations, tourism-driven consumption, and the role of private equity investments.

We found the discussion interesting and engaging and are thankful for being given the opportunity to participate 😊

Earlier in September, in partnership with colleagues from Rhoé, we officially started project OPTIMUS️ ⚡

OPTIMUS aims to optimize charging stations' location & price planning thus facilitating companies and entire cities in moving towards e-Mobility.

This project has received funding from the Eurostars-3 Joint Programme with co-funding from the European Union's Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Programme, HAMAG-BICRO and GSRI.

Prošli smo tjedan prisustvovali radionici za pokretanje tržišta izvedenica električne energije za Hrvatsku koju je organizirao Croatian Power Exchange Ltd. (CROPEX) u suradnji s European Energy Exchange AG.

Bilo je zanimljivo izmijeniti ideje s predstavnicima 70 zainteresiranih tvrtki iz cijele regije koji su prisustvovali događaju.

Zahvaljujemo organizatorima na pozivu i radujemo se pokretanju tržišta izvedenica električne energije za Hrvatsku koje je najavljeno za ožujak 2023. godine 😊
