Full Stack Developer (PHP)

Appenture d.o.o is looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to work for our parent company TrafficGuard (https://trafficguard.ai). We hope to get developer who is keen to learn, grow and program within our company.

TrafficGuard is a SaaS solution, helping businesses verify their advertising traffic and prevent invalid traffic from impacting their advertising campaigns.

As Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be working in a small team of professionals and be involved in the entire development lifecycle of TrafficGuard SPA management portal, including the design, planning, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features.

You will collaborate closely with other teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, etc.) to create a great UI and UX.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, responsible, reliable, self-driven and proactive, with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

You will be part of a growing and innovative, award-winning company transforming the online advertising ecosystem.

Your role:
- Propose best technical solutions for our ever-changing business requirements
- Write well-designed, documented and maintainable code using the latest technologies
- Work with different implementations of external APIs such as Google Cloud services, HubSpot, Stripe, etc.
- Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement solutions using iterative processes and Agile development methodologies
- Collaborate with all teams of product advocates, developers and designers

To the role you will bring:
- 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer
- Tertiary qualifications in either Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience with PHP object oriented programming as well as PHP frameworks
- Solid experience in working in any of JavaScript frameworks (jQuery is not a framework)
- Relational database management skills, especially PostgreSQL
- Understanding of code design principles and design patterns
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- Outstanding communication and documentation skills
- Strong problem solving skills to achieve the best solution to complex technical challenges
- Ability to self-organise and also be a collaborative team player
- A big appetite to learn and improve your skills

Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Angular, RxJS
- Laravel
- Google Marketplace
- Microsoft Ads
- Agile software development

Nudimo poziciju UX/UI dizajnera u internacionalnom timu. Glavni zadaci dizajnera su kreiranje mockova korisničkog sučelja / dashboarda za SaaS proizvod te komunikacija sa product managerom i development teamom kako bi se pronašlo optimalno i intuitivno rješenje za izazove prikaza kompleksnog seta podataka krajnjem korisniku.

Potrebno poznavanje Sketch i InVision alata, te poznavanje alata za grafički dizajn poput Adobe Photoshopa, Adobe Illustratora ili Affinity Photo/Affinity Designera. We had the most exciting team building last Friday! 🥳 Our first stop was Karting Arena Zagreb where we found out we have a lot of very good drivers on our team! Then we got locked in a couple of rooms at Escape Room Arena and some of us even managed to escape. :) We visited Presečki Oldtimer Museum and had a chance to explore their impressive historical car collection. Afterward, we learned how to operate a helicopter in a realistic simulator at Heli Center Toplice Ltd. - you know, just in case someone decides to buy one (Sînìšá maybe? 😄). In the end, we spiced it all up with some amazing food and wine tasting at Vuglec breg. What a fun and wonderful way to spend a sunny autumn (Fri)day! 🥂

Reboot Develop Blue 2019 took place from 11th to 13th of April 2019 in the legendary historical seaside city of Dubrovnik, also known as “real world King’s Landing” from HBO TV series Game of Thrones. It gathered an impressive 120+ speakers during 3 days at 8 tracks and beyond 2000+ games industry members from more then 800+ companies. Our Željko attended too. :)
