A few years ago, Marija was studying and working in Graz, Austria. Today, she works with partners from around the world, helping them find the right Ice Rebus solution for their business.

Her move to Split happened almost spontaneously. Shortly after joining Ice Rebus, she was already representing the company at an international trade fair in Italy.

Every expert starts somewhere.

This summer, we welcomed students from local technical schools to join our team for their internships, giving them the opportunity to experience how automated ice vending machines are built.

Working alongside our engineers and technicians, they gained hands-on experience with a wide range of manufacturing processes, from machine assembly and pneumatic systems to electrical wiring, stainless steel fabrication, water systems, and production support. They also experienced how different teams work together to bring each machine to life.

At Ice Rebus, we believe innovation isn’t just about technology. It’s also about sharing knowledge, supporting young talent, and creating opportunities to learn through real projects.
