🍻 Oktoberfest vibes took over Valcon Croatia! 🥨🎉

Who says you need to go to Munich to enjoy a proper Oktoberfest? 🇩🇪

Our Split and Zagreb offices got into the spirit with delicious sausages 🌭, sauerkraut, potatoes 🥔, cold b**r 🍺, and, most importantly, plenty of laughter, great conversations, and even better company! 💛

Sometimes, the best team-building moments happen over a plate of good food and a b**r with colleagues. 🙌

One thing's for sure: this is a tradition worth keeping alive for many years to come! 🍻✨

Summer party season is officially on at Valcon! ☀️🎉

This time, we celebrated on the same day in both Zagreb and Split, and here’s a little piece of the atmosphere from our Split party at Žnjan. 🌊📸

Good vibes, great people, plenty of laughs, and a PairUp game that made everyone connect, talk and collect points along the way. 🙌

Big congrats to Marko Ćaleta for taking first place, Tea Hrga for landing right behind him, and Damjan, our Low Code newcomer, for making a strong debut in third place. 👏🚀

And for everyone waiting for the Zagreb edition - it’s coming soon. 👀

We’re still letting the impressions settle, but judging by the photos, there’s plenty more summer party atmosphere to share. 😄

Gin & Tonic, good company, learning and professional growth, it is hard to imagine a better way to spend a Tuesday evening 🍸

To support our employees in working on themselves and developing their expertise, we created Gen & Tonic: DataBites Edition, a special format and a kind of admin night for education, where people encourage each other to learn, grow and improve, in a relaxed afterwork atmosphere, with a G&T corner, finger food, great people and shared learning😎

We went through the Gen AI & LLM on Databricks Badge together, with no stress, no prior knowledge needed and one clear goal, to learn together, the result was more than 40 badges earned 👏

We are proud that so many colleagues from different teams, tech stacks and departments decided to join in and take another step in developing their knowledge in GenAI, LLMs and Databricks, special congratulations to our lucky raffle winners 🥳, and a big thank you to everyone who was part of this gathering!
