Vibe Coding 不是問題：企業老闆要守住的五個風險邊界

很多企業老闆現在面對一個很現實的情況：同事已經開始用 AI 寫程式、改網頁、整理 spreadsheet script、建立內部小工具，甚至用 Vibe Coding 方法快速砌出 prototype。

這件事本身不是壞事。真正危險的不是同事用 AI，而是公司不知道誰在用、用來接觸甚麼資料、改了哪些流程、是否連到真實客戶和生產系統。

所以管理層不應只問「可不可以用 Vibe Coding」。更好的問題是：「哪些用途可以鼓勵？哪些資產不能交給 AI？哪些輸出必須經人審批？出事時是否追蹤得到？」

對中小企來說，Vibe Coding 的價值很明顯。以前一個簡單內部報表、客服分類工具、網站表單修改，可能要排期幾星期。現在同事可以用 AI 草擬 code、生成測試資料、寫 automation script，速度快很多。但速度一旦連到客戶資料、付款、權限和核心業務邏輯，就不再只是效率問題，而是風險管理問題。

For businesses adopting AI, the real challenge is no longer just whether the model is “smart enough.”

【HKCERT Joins National Cybersecurity Week to Explore AI-Era Security Strategies】

To strengthen cybersecurity collaboration between Hong Kong and mainland China, a Hong Kong cybersecurity delegation attended the 2026 National Cybersecurity Awareness Week in Jinan on 14 September. The delegation exchanged views with industry, government, academic and research representatives on AI supply-chain security, AI-enabled cybersecurity, and new approaches to collaborative defence.

The event also released key initiatives, including the AI Security Governance Framework 3.0 and AI-enabled cybersecurity application test results—highlighting the rapid convergence of AI and cybersecurity.

HKCERT calls on organisations to strengthen three key pillars:

AI security governance: Establish clear governance, accountability and risk policies for AI and AI-agent applications.

AI-native security: Embed intelligent, automated detection and defence capabilities into technology foundations.

Cyber resilience: Adopt a “prevent, monitor, respond and recover” approach to maintain operations amid emerging threats.

HKCERT representatives also visited leading technology organisations, including 360 Group and the National Supercomputing Center in Jinan, to learn about the latest AI, computing infrastructure and cybersecurity practices.

At the 23rd China Cybersecurity Annual Conference, HKCERT Head Otto delivered a keynote on global cybersecurity trends. He noted that, as enterprises accelerate digital and AI transformation, cybersecurity has become a core issue of operational resilience and risk governance—not simply a technical safeguard.

As mainland enterprises expand overseas, Hong Kong can serve as a key cybersecurity hub—bridging international standards and resources with the practical needs of mainland businesses. HKCERT will continue strengthening technical exchange, threat-intelligence sharing and incident-response collaboration to build a safer, more resilient digital future.

In its official announcement, AWS shared a demo showing how an employee can ask Quick to prepare for a client meeting. Quick reviews the customer’s order history, recent email communications, and unresolved support requests, then helps identify the reasons behind delayed deliveries. Is Turning into an ? Up to 5 Can Join Your Chats

WhatsApp is reportedly rolling out support for third-party AI agents to Android users. The feature allows users to communicate with AI agents in dedicated chats, without giving those agents access to their other WhatsApp conversations.

The feature was spotted in WhatsApp beta version 2.26.35.3 for Android, available through an update on the Google Play Store. Each WhatsApp account may support up to five AI agents, allowing users to connect different agents for different needs.

For example, users could use separate AI agents as a personal assistant, shopping helper, research assistant, or information-search and organisation tool.
