一反傳統的招聘日，「人搵工」的做法可能已經不及時宜，今次就業博覽以「工搵人」的形式，歡迎各機構參與認識多元人才、聘請時的注意事項、以及協助僱主的相關資源配套。
The traditional "seeking employees" approach in conventional job fairs is no longer effective. We adopt a "seeking employers" format in this Inclusive Job Fair, and welcome all organisations to learn about the concept of Inclusive Hiring, considerations when hiring them, and the available resources and support for employers.
