Hospitals and clinics are constantly stretched for physical space, making quiet, private consultation areas hard to come by. 🏥

When traditional exam rooms are full, Smart Booths offer a flexible, instant space solution. Instead of undergoing costly renovations, healthcare facilities can place acoustic pods directly in waiting halls or triage zones to create modular micro-consultation rooms on demand.

Why smart booths work for healthcare environments:

Compact Efficiency: Transforms underutilized floor space into fully functional assessment rooms without permanent construction.

Transparent Safety: Glass walls ensure full visibility for staff safety while keeping medical discussions completely private through advanced acoustic insulation.

Quiet & Comfortable: Offers a serene, noise-controlled zone for sensitive consultations, telemetry checks, or quick blood pressure screenings.

Air Circulation: Low-noise ventilation systems continuously refresh the air inside, keeping the environment clean and safe for clinicians and patients.

Modular design means quality care doesn't have to wait for a full room to open up.

🎧 The Open-Office Struggle is Real 🎧

Ever tried having a critical project sync or a confidential catch-up in the middle of a bustling open-plan office? 😅 Between the espresso machine roaring, keyboards clacking, and three other conversations happening right next to you, it’s a test of survival.

Your first thought might be: "Let’s just run down to the local coffee shop." ☕️

But then reality hits:
The Space Gamble: Will there even be a table for 4 people?
The Privacy Risk: Are you comfortable discussing confidential strategy, sensitive data, or next quarter's budget while a stranger at the next table sips their latte?
What teams actually need are acoustic, dedicated 4-person smart booths right in the workspace—like the modular workspace solutions we provide at Komstadt.

🔒 Total Confidentiality – Acoustic paneling keeps private, sensitive discussions private.
💡 Zero Friction – No traveling, no buying 4 expensive lattes just to secure a seat, and no shouting over a coffee blender.
🚀 Focus Restored – A quiet, distraction-free bubble with built-in power and ventilation to actually get things done.

Don't let noise dictate your team's productivity. Transform your floor plan into a dynamic, flexible environment where confidential collaboration can happen on demand.
