You will provide first level IT technical support to various company and perform daily IT operational tasks as assigned. You will also work with technology vendors to facilitate purchase, repair and maintenance of computers and other IT equipment and undertake other support tasks assigned by the IT Support Manager.
Provide supports and troubleshooting for below,
On-site desktop environment including MS Windows and iOS;
Network device i.e TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, firewalls, and wireless, IP Phone;
Microsoft Active Directory;
Microsoft Office Suite of products
Backup solutions both on-site and remote;
Printers and print servers;
On-site networks (VLAN configurations a plus);

Requirements:
• Diploma qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience supporting PC hardware, software and networks, including installing, operating and troubleshooting
• Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates without qualification but with Hands on practical experience will also be considered
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting, maintenance and service
• Must be a team player
• Good communication skills
• Able to speak, read and write English
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and resourceful
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Willing to preform on-site support.

How to Protect your Zoom Calls from Hacker

Zoom calls may not be as safe as you think, however, what are the ways that you can protect your Zoom calls from hackers?

1. Password Protection: password protect your meetings by clicking Require meeting password and create a password when you schedule your meeting. The password will be included in the calendar invitation. Then participant can only join the meeting with both meeting ID and password.

2. Join Before Host: When scheduling, you can also choose to not select Join before host. If you don’t select this option, no one can join the meeting without you being there to start the meeting.

3. Lock the Meeting: when you’re in the meeting, click Participants at the bottom of the Zoom window. In the participants pop-up box, you will see a "Lock Meeting" option. When you lock the meeting, no more new participants can join, even if they have the meeting ID and password.

4. Expel a Participant: In that participants menu, you can mouse over a participant’s name, and several options will appear, including Remove. Click that to kick a participant out of the meeting. They can’t get back in if you then click Lock Meeting.

5. Attendee On-Hold: if you need a private moment, you can put attendees on-hold. The attendee’s video and audio connections will be disabled momentarily. Click on the attendee’s video thumbnail and select Start Attendee On-Hold to activate this feature.
