Profix的門市室內設計舒適，顧客於等候時可喝杯咖啡，寫意地坐一會。除了門市服務外，顧客亦可選擇Profix的〈點.對.點〉維修服務，此項服務是為了配合香港人繁忙的生活，我們亦是香港首間能夠提供〈點.對.點〉上門維修的公司。客戶只需登入我們的網頁或致電我們預約，我們便會即時作出報價並為客戶確認預約，我們的手機工程師會於已預約好的時間和地點為客戶提供即時維修服務，客戶就算足不出戶，也可把手機維修好，於一般情況下，維修服務只需20－30分鐘，但遇到特別情況如手機入水或零件缺貨，我們需要把手機送到公司作更詳盡的檢查及維修，如有需要，客戶可選擇我們的借機*服務，好讓客戶不至與家人、朋友及同事失去聯繫。
Profix以客為先，當手機完成維修後，客戶更可享"Pro-Care"三個月專業保養，如客戶的手機已維修或更換的部份再次發生故障或運作未如理想，我們樂意為客戶再次提供維修服務。我們希望客戶能享受最佳、最貼心的服務。
