Fano at IMDAxQED Interactive Discussion Event | Singapore | 12 Feb

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of joining an incredible lineup of leaders and innovators at the IMDAxQED Interactive Discussion in Singapore. The session brought together innovators, operators, and decision-makers for a dynamic conversation on practical AI applications — from real-time communication analytics to enhancing customer experience and strengthening compliance frameworks.

Fano was honored to be part of the discussion, Fano speaker Sagar Rajput sharing practical insights on the real-world impact of AI-powered automation and intelligence. Sagar highlighted how enterprises can move beyond experimentation to meaningful AI adoption—driving efficiency, elevating customer experiences, and unlocking new strategic value.

Fano is honoured to be invited by the Graduate Institute of Mass Communication at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) to join the “International Forum on AI Risk and AI Ethics Review” and exchange with experts from industry, government, and academia on the opportunities and risks brought by generative AI.

Our Chief Research Officer, Dr. Albert Lam, took part in the panel “AI Ethics Governance: Global Alignment and Taiwan’s Practices”, sharing Fano’s perspectives and experience in responsible AI adoption — from global regulatory trends and model governance principles to practical cases in financial and other highly sensitive domains.

On the practical side of AI deployment, Fano’s voice fraud detection solution was recently awarded the Excellence Award at FinTechSpace Taiwan’s “Digital Sandbox Financial PoC Pilot Selection”. This underscores how voice AI can serve as a powerful tool for financial institutions to strengthen risk management and combat fraud. We will continue to work with partners in Taiwan and across APAC to advance AI applications that combine innovation with robust governance.
