Job Description:
- Handle data/document checking and validation tasks on the web system
- Respond to phone calls and emails from customers
- Provide clerical support to the customer service center
- General clerical duties
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am-5pm (with paid lunch hour) OR 9am-1pm OR 1pm-5pm.
- Successful candidate must commit at least 2 half-days OR 1 full day per week.
