A ride with pride. In collaboration with Enabler Charitable Trust, Arrow team in India recently provided customized NeoMotion motorized tricycles to 22 individuals with physical disabilities.

These mobility solutions help enable greater independence, improve access to workplaces and essential services, reduce dependency on others for transportation, and enhance livelihood and earning potential.

In a prestigious ceremony in Pune, these tricycles were handed over to the beneficiaries in the presence of their family members, making the occasion especially memorable. Their happiness and personal stories reinforced that this initiative is sparking dignity, confidence, and opportunity.

Against the backdrop of surging data center computing power, rapid expansion of AI model training and cloud services, server cooling systems are facing unprecedented dual challenges of performance and cost. Traditional AC induction motors, though low in cost, struggle to meet stringent energy efficiency requirements; while 3-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motors offer excellent efficiency, their complex driver architecture and high Bill of Materials (BoM) costs often become bottlenecks for system integration and large-scale deployment.
