Two of their talented students, Woo Ching Hin and Liu Ka Hei, transformed into GreenTomato’s "One Day Baristas"! More than just a caffeine boost, every cup they served was filled with pure dedication:

🗣️人本核心價值無可取代：AI 可以好快處理重複性工作，但涉及判斷、責任同把關嘅部分，始終要由人負責。

🧠人機協作新常態：有AI 幫手做基礎操作，人就專注目標、管理流程同把關質量。識得多AI模型同埋應用平台唔係重點，而係邊個識得精準拆解任務、謹慎驗證結果、靈活善用工具。

💬現場問答花絮：走出電腦框框嘅溫度💡

當日好幾位身兼培育人才重任嘅社福及教育界同工都坦率分享心中憂慮：「資源有限，我哋追唔追得切科技嘅浪潮？係咪要投入大量資源去學最新嘅AI？」

Duncan 亦非常真誠咁分享自己經驗和體會：佢自己都曾經擔心過會被AI取代。但後來發現，與其坐喺度鑽牛角尖或者執著去估邊個 AI 應用會成為主流，不如用最就手嘅資源「趕快試吓先」，從日常生活出發，自訂課題，多多嘗試運用AI去梳理及解決生活和學習中嘅各種小痛點！

而且，大家往往焦慮於電腦螢幕內嘅多變世界，但其實電腦框框以外嘅工作、人與人之間嘅交流，甚至係手作類、手工藝等承載住人類溫度與情感嘅職業與技能，AI 短時間內根本無法取代。所以，都係要勇於嘗試！同時，即使有意投身創科職業，都唔好只埋頭著眼於電腦世界，要多走出去同人交流、理解現實生活嘅各種需要。

無論科技點樣變，人類嘅溫度、同理心同創意，依然係最不可替代嘅核心力量。❤️ AI嘅出現啟發大家反思未來嘅職場。積極把握機會，勇敢多嘗試嘅人才能夠充分發揮當中嘅潛力，幫助自己開創職涯，喺職場「學得快啲、試多幾次、做得更穩陣」！🚀 💪

🧠 科技再快，都少不得你嘅把關：所有 AI 生成嘅內容，由核實準確度、調整語氣風格到最終決策，始終需要真人參與。AI 係輔助工具，而你先係決定成品好壞嘅關鍵！

📈 催生新崗位，搶佔新機遇：AI 嘅發展非但冇淘汰人類，反而催生咗「 」、「 」等全新崗位。未來嘅職場競爭，唔係鬥做得快，而係鬥識唔識得同 AI 有效率咁協作！
