Job Position: Assistant HR Manager
Location: Hong Kong
Job Description:
• Report to HR Director to provide full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, performance management, staff relations and compensation & benefit;
• Review and implement Global Human Resources policies and processes, and ensure all are in line with government regulations & external parties;
• Establish recruitment plan and effective recruitment channels for local & overseas branch;
• Manage HR reporting and documentation preparation for management review;
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation;
• Experience working in a global setting required (Europe, USA & APAC)
• Proactive, good at working as part of a team, responsible, and with good communication skills;
• Highly organized with the ability to plan, delegate priorities and multi-tak high volume in demanding, fast paced environment; and
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
