Job Position: Assistant HR Manager
Location: Hong Kong

Job Description:
• Report to HR Director to provide full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, performance management, staff relations and compensation & benefit;
• Review and implement Global Human Resources policies and processes, and ensure all are in line with government regulations & external parties;
• Establish recruitment plan and effective recruitment channels for local & overseas branch;
• Manage HR reporting and documentation preparation for management review;
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation;
• Experience working in a global setting required (Europe, USA & APAC)
• Proactive, good at working as part of a team, responsible, and with good communication skills;
• Highly organized with the ability to plan, delegate priorities and multi-tak high volume in demanding, fast paced environment; and
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Job Position: Customer Support Engineer
Location: Torrance, CA, USA

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site support to customers including product trainings and maintenance.
• Address the questions and concerns of customers about company’s products through an Internet-based system, telephone calls, and email.
• Work closely with sales team for demonstration and deployment of robots.
• Establish a good relationship with customers.
• Perform robots’ inspection and carry out immediate solutions on faulty robots with Tech Support Department.
• Configure the robots and manage the intelligent cloud platform before and after deployment.
• Perform any ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements:
• BSc degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Preferably at least one year's work experience in robotics field, but fresh graduate will also be considered as Assistant Customer Support Engineer.
• Self-motivation, and a good sense of responsibility.
• Work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferable.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is better.

• Carry out or simulate red-team attacks
• Perform vulnerability assessments, review security architecture
• Verify compliance with standards, prepare gap analysis, make recommendations

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Holder of relevant security testing certificates, i.e. OSCP, GPEN. A CISA certification would be an advantage;
