A PolyU supported project walked into a hotel lobby and changed how hotels handle check-in.

That is the Blue Pin story. And PolyVentures just told it on video.

Our Guest Services Robot (GSR) was born from EngD research at PolyU. Today it runs in hotels in over 20 cities across Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Australia and the UK.

🎓 Our academic partner PolyU SHTM's Research Centre for Digital Transformation of Tourism (RCdTT) has published the official announcement of our tripartite MOU signing — and we couldn't be more proud.

On 27 March 2026, at the Beijing Zhongguancun Forum — one of China's most prestigious technology platforms — Blue Pin signed a strategic tripartite MOU with:
🔬 PolyU SHTM RCdTT — world-class tourism and hospitality research

三方將以「學術 + 硬件 + 數據」的創新閉環，共同構建「預見式智慧酒店服務」的全球新標準： 🔬 學術研究：PolyU SHTM RCdTT 提供行業洞察與科學驗證框架 🤖 硬件執行：雲迹科技服務機器人覆蓋全球40+個國家、4萬+家酒店 🧠 數據智能：藍點子 Jahvis AI平台精準預測賓客需求
