HPE’s recent acquisitions and initiatives demonstrate their commitment to ‘bare metal’ containers and provision of services on the public cloud. ThreeFold is working closely with HPE to bring its unique offering into HPE's ecosystem, with Dragon Edge Cloud's servers sitting at the heart of this.

HPE said customer gain greater cost efficiency by running containers on bare metal, with the flexibility to run on VMs or in a cloud environment.
