A few days ago, a video reminded us that how we treat people matters more than anything else we do.
An elderly customer came to one of our stores looking for help. He didn’t receive the kindness and patience he deserved. That was unacceptable and we owned it.
Our CEO Deonarine Gopaul visited him at home personally, our fibre team got him fully connected and we made sure that from this day forward, he has everything he needs to stay connected to the world and the people he loves.
Because our customers aren’t just numbers, they’re our neighbours, our grandparents, our community.
We don’t always get it right, but when we fall short, we get up and we do better.
To every Guyanese who spoke up, thank you. You reminded us of the standard we must always hold ourselves to.
