M3Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced and dependable Tier 2 IT Support Technician to join our team in Diamond, East Bank Demerara.

This position is suited to someone who can confidently handle escalated technical issues, work independently and provide guidance to junior technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Resolving escalated Tier 2 support issues
✅ Administering Microsoft 365, Windows and user accounts
