When you find stuff like this that your former employees did, it is frightening to think of the damage and lives this could have taken. This is CAT5 Ethernet cable over a 50,000 volt high tension electric distribution cable. We removed the cable and upon inspection it was mm away from rubbing into the copper of the cable.

GuatSat Comunicaciones is under new management and control with a brand-new staff. We want to be a different kind of company, one that truly cares and listens to their customers as well as provides a superior quality of service for a fair and economical price. There were a lot of things not done correctly from the beginning as to the infrastructure that will take some time to repair and make right. We will be increasing speeds for everyone and going to a flat pricing structure with one plan for residential accounts and one plan for commercial accounts. Security Cameras or Spy Cameras for a foreign Government? Everyday, we all are installing what we think is a security camera that only we have access to, or do we? Chances are if the camera was made in you know where, it is not secure. Recently while consolidating all my cameras to a single platform I discovered something alarming. The cameras had 3 and 4 outgoing IP's that I did not recognize. A quick search revealed that 3 of these IP's were going to you know where. Upon checking another branded security camera, it also had 3 or 4 outgoing IP's, 2 US based and 2 in Amsterdam. I understand if the camera has an APP, the camera needs to communicate with the APP provider. Which brings up another concern: you install an APP on your phone to view your cameras, which is routed from you know where, to your phone....what other information is being routed back to who knows where through the APP on your phone???

Food for thought....buy AMERICAN MADE. Yes, you will probably pay more, but it will probably not be sharing information with who knows where.
