PROHealth 4th Regional Health Aurthority of Macedonia & Thrace Harmonization of Electronic Procurement Processes of the Health Care Sector in the Greece-Bulgaria Cross-Border Area. www.prohealthproject.eu

The aim of the project is the improvement of the effectiveness and the efficiency of the operation of the both agencies by maximizing the added value that an electronic procurement system can bring into each of the organizations. This target can be achieved along three axes: the exchange of experience, knowledge and know-how in the field of electronic procurement, the development of an electronic

procurement system for the RHCH, the training of the personnel in the use of the procurement systems, the development of a common codification schema for health care sector and the development of an interoperability study for the procurement systems.
